National President’s
Message
ime moves so quickly. It also seems to speed up as we age. It is hard to believe
that we are coming to the end of another year, and it is also hard to believe
Tthat we are entering into another board of directors’ election at Woman’s Life.
Every two years, half of our board of directors positions are up for election. This
means that three of the six elected board members will be elected in 2024. In this
issue of Woman’s Life, you will find the Notice of Election and Nomination Process,
which is the kickoff to our biannual election process. Included in this notice are the
process for nominations and the requirements and qualifications for serving on the
board of directors, as well as a timeline for the election process.
At Woman’s Life, we believe that leadership starts at the top, which is our board
of directors. One of the most exciting things about being a Woman’s Life member
is that you have a direct role in determining the top leadership in your financial
organization. Our election process provides each of our benefit members an oppor-
tunity to have a voice in who leads our incredible organization. Benefit members
eligible to vote are members who are age 15 and above and who own a life insurance
or annuity contract with us as of January 15, 2024.
If you are already a benefit member, please take the time to vote when you receive
your ballot in February. One of my favorite benefits of belonging to Woman’s Life is
the ability to have a voice in who serves as a board member and leads our wonderful
organization. I hope you exercise your right to vote.
If you are not a benefit member but would like to have a voice in the upcoming
election, now is the time to act! Purchasing a Woman’s Life insurance or annuity
product is an excellent way to prepare for a secure financial future, and it also
allows you to vote in the upcoming board election. This is a win-win proposition
— financial security for you and your family and a voice in the management of our
organization.
Sincerely,
Christopher Martin
National President
